Sales Operations Specialist

This role is a business partner in the sales organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information, and sales tools.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the process of commercial contracts (NDA, SOW, MSA, Partner agreements) by handling necessary agreements and working with the sales, legal, and finance teams.
- Support day-to-day administration of the global sales team and operational tasks. (such as, Support Opportunity and Deal Management, Manage customer and partner onboarding activities)
- Act as the sales interface for finance, legal, marketing, and services departments by supporting different GTM initiatives, projects, and tasks.
- Assist sales leaders with pipeline and opportunity inspection and validation.
- Organize, support, and manage E2E Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) - data preparation, reporting, and providing actionable summaries and next steps.
- Manage and maintain sales data in Salesforce, CRM, and other sales tools.
- Conduct regular pipeline and activity reviews with Sales team and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and KPIs.
- Proactively identify operational gaps, data-quality issues, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or standardization.
- Own and maintain the Sales Ops knowledge base, including policies, procedures, templates, onboarding materials, training resources, and best practices.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new sales representatives.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations in a global company.
- English - native or near-native level, with full professional proficiency in both written and verbal communication (must).
- Past legal experience (paralegal or certified attorney).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand the strategic goals of the sales department and support them effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and process optimization mindset.
- Results-driven mentality, with the ability to prioritize and drive tasks to completion.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for innovation and process improvement to maximize efficiency.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/ or CPQ tool - an advantage.
- Analytical skills and comfort working with Excel and reports
- Willingness to work flexible hours to support our global team.
