Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Technical QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality, reliability, and security of our Exposure Management platform.

This role is ideal for a technical Manual QA Engineer with experience testing cybersecurity, networking, or cloud-based products. You will work closely with Development, Product, and Support teams to validate new features, investigate complex issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

This position also offers the opportunity to grow into test automation, making it ideal for engineers with basic scripting skills who are interested in expanding their automation capabilities.

Manual Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Design and execute manual test plans and test cases.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and API testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using Jira.
  • Validate new features, bug fixes, and product releases.

Technical Investigation

  • Investigate application, networking, and security-related issues.
  • Analyze logs to identify root causes.
  • Test APIs using Postman or similar tools.
  • Work closely with Development and Support teams to resolve complex issues.

Automation

  • Write basic scripts using Python, Bash, or similar languages to improve testing efficiency.
  • Contribute to the team's test automation initiatives over time.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical QA Engineer or Manual QA Engineer testing cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or enterprise software products.
  • Experience with API testing using Postman.
  • Experience working with Jira.
  • Experience investigating issues using logs.

Technical Skills

  • Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPNs, and routing.
  • Familiarity with firewalls and enterprise security concepts.
  • Experience with Linux.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with Kibana, Elasticsearch, or similar log analysis tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.

Advantages

  • Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Wireshark or tcpdump.
  • Experience with cybersecurity products.
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
