How You'll Contribute
Canyon Vista Medical Group is comprised of a diverse group of physicians. Collectively, we have been meeting patients' needs for more than 75 years. With an emphasis on customer-focused quality healthcare and patient safety.
Under the direction of an RN or Med-Surge Charge Nurse, the LPN contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN.
Essential Functions
- Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care
- May administer medication.
- Documents patient care given.
- Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
- Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and families

- Must have completed an LPN or LVN program.
- Must have an active Arizona or Compact LPN License.
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- Must have BCLS within 30 days of hire.
