Your seat to fill:

• Responsible for the strategic and operational procurement of all retail store fit-out and construction services, including materials, contractors, and suppliers
• Lead sourcing activities including RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, and tender management
• Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and framework contracts to achieve optimal commercial terms
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies across store development and rollout projects
• Manage and develop a network of suppliers, general contractors, and specialist vendors
• Collaborate closely with Design, Architecture, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment on project requirements
• Ensure strict budget control and cost transparency across all fit-out and construction projects
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions to ensure quality, cost, and timeline compliance
• Ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies, governance standards, and sustainability requirements

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Several years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management within retail fit-out, store development, or construction environments
• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQ/RFP, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
• Strong understanding of retail construction and store fit-out project lifecycles
• Demonstrated success in driving cost savings, budget control, and value optimization across projects
• Experienced in managing suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships in international environments
• Fluent English skills; an additional European language is an advantage
