Senior Process Quality Engineer

Job responsibilities：

• Drive quality improvement for overseas manufacturing processes; identify issues via quality tools and audits,and implement targeted quality assurance initiatives to control 5M management at overseas plants.
• Lead process audits at overseas KD assembly plants;audit quality deliverables at trial and pre-SOP gates,assess process quality capability,issue reports and follow up on improvements.
• Review the production process quality system construction plan of overseas contract manufacturers and ensure its effective operation.
• Supervise the setting of KD manufacturing quality objectives and drive the establishment,maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality assurance system.
• Conduct periodic process audits for overseas plants in stable mass production and drive continuous process quality improvement.

Job requirements：

• Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in Vehicle Engineering,Mechanical Engineering,Materials or relevant disciplines.
• 6+years of experience in vehicle process quality/quality management at automotive OEMs,with 3+years of experience in KD quality management and automotive process auditing.
• Practical English listening&speaking skills;able to conduct meetings and written communication in English.
• Familiar with QC tools and able to apply them in daily work.
• Proficient in the use of CATIA software,EXCEL,and PPT office software.
• Familiar with ISO9001 and quality management systems.
• Familiar with core quality tools:FMEA,SPC,MSA,APQP,PPAP.
• Strong coordination and communication skills,proactive,team-oriented and able to work under pressure;open to periodic overseas business travel.
