Senior Quality Improvement Engineer/Expert

Job description:

• Domain issue promotion: Drive analysis and improvement of overseas vehicle quality issues in matching,performance,electrical&EV systems,including functional failures,water leakage,chassis problems.Coordinate with domestic teams via special meetings to implement rectification and closed-loop management.
• Quality Issue Prevention: Assist in building and executing quality management mechanisms;integrate quality issues into the problem library to avoid recurrence in new models,and apply lessons from typical domestic/market issues to overseas production during new project phases.
• Regional capability improvement&enhanced verification: Drive detection capability improvement for offline areas at overseas plants in early project phase;implement and oversee enhanced verification across all vehicle systems.
• Analysis Report Production: Produce quality problem analysis reports and analysis business manuals,and accumulate KNOW-HOW in the field.
• On-site issue resolution: Address major and bulk quality issues in relevant fields/regions overseas,coordinate resources and drive problem-solving.

Job requirement:

• Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in Vehicle Engineering,Mechanical Engineering,Materials or relevant disciplines.
• 6+years of experience in vehicle process quality&quality management at OEMs,with 3+years of quality improvement experience in vehicle performance/function areas.
• Practical English listening&speaking skills;able to conduct meetings and written communication in English.
• Familiar with QC tools and able to apply them in daily work.
• Proficient in the use of CATIA software,EXCEL,and PPT office software.
• Familiar with ISO9001 and quality management systems.
• Familiar with core quality tools:FMEA,SPC,MSA,APQP,PPAP.
• Strong coordination and communication skills,proactive,team-oriented and able to work under pressure;open to periodic overseas business travel.
