  • Ensure Internal Controls, Audit, Statutory and Tax Compliant Universal Accountabilities：
  • Lead AR team to deliver day-to-day operation incl. deflator settlement for SSC entities.
  • Credit management and reporting: Markets include Australia, New Zealand, China (mainland, Hong Kong&Taiwan) as well as Distributor markets.
  • Support working capital initiatives.
  • Review or approve order /shipment block.
  • Ensure robust control process enabling a timely follow-up of overdue and proceed escalation, if necessary.
  • Lead annual or ad hoc customer credit review.
  • Support internal audit process and statutory/tax audit requirements.
  • Manage BPO performance.
  • Team management.

Required Skills and Experience：

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in receivables management or order-to-cash operations, including 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong hands-on credit management experience, with a risk-control mindset and sound business acumen.
  • Prefer experience in the personal care or cosmetics industry, including export business across Asia and EMEA markets.
  • Shared Service Center experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • SAP proficiency is required; experience with trade investment systems, Power App, MS Office, and Copilot is preferred.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English; Cantonese is a plus.
