该职位来源于猎聘 供应商质量管理-电池方向 工作地点：灵活办公形式-home base This role will liaise with supplier management and their operation locations in China to ensure the raw material and other cell components are meeting the Agratas specification and they are fit for use in the respective plants. Will be accountable to handle operations and manufacturing related concerns at tier 1 and tier “n” suppliers and ablilty to provide a solution based on the past experience or escalate to leadership on time for the additional support and ensuring robust supply. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure right input is available from the Prod Development team and share with the suppliers.
• Identify and install the key equipment required at supply base to measure and evaluate the properties of the mineral for the validation/ fitness for use assessment
• Establish Quality system at supplier end meeting the ISO9000/ IATF/ ISO 14001 standards to have consistency in the process and product Quality
• Establish a robust system at supplier end to manage the changes happening in the product and process and they are traceable to procedures established in the system
• Drive the system for Continuous Improvement and update the standards for the better process/ product quality
• Identify potential risks in the supply chain, such as sub supplier quality rejects, material shortages, machine breakdowns and develop strategies / options to mitigate these risks. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential
• Experience in Manufacturing industry
• Handling supplier base for the part development for a full scale program
• Ability to speak, read and write English and Chinese to communicate with overseas customers in UK and India
• Good understanding of Automotive product development tools such as APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC etc.
• Willing to work across different time zones to connect with the customers to update program update and supply chain constraints
• Good understanding of the China geography to efficiently plan the supplier trips to meet Quality and Delivery targets of Agratas Desired
• Preferable from an Automotive industry – Tier I supplier of automotive industry
• Problem solving skills such as 6 sigma Green belt / Black belt
• Candidate should be able to demonstrate good communication and listening, focussing on team work and ability to work under crisis situations by keeping stakeholders informed on the status and seek help at the right time for the business continuity 该岗位将与供应商管理部门及其在中国的运营基地联络，确保原材料及其他电池组件符合Agratas规格，且适用于各工厂使用。负责处理一级及多级供应商的运营和生产相关问题，能够依据过往经验提供解决方案，或及时上报管理层寻求额外支持，保障供应链稳定。负责电池上游材料的供应商管理，主要是电池负极，电解液，铝箔，方壳电池壳体 岗位职责 1. 与内部团队协作，确保从产品开发团队获取准确信息并传达给供应商。 3. 在供应基地识别并配置关键设备，用于检测和评估矿物性能，开展验证/适用性评估。 4. 在供应商端建立符合ISO9000/IATF/ISO14001标准的质量体系，保证工艺与产品质量稳定。 5. 在供应商端建立完善体系，管控产品与工艺变更，确保变更可追溯至体系既定流程。 6. 推动持续改进体系，更新标准以优化工艺与产品质量。 7. 识别供应链潜在风险，如下级供应商质量不合格、物料短缺、设备故障等，并制定策略/方案降低风险。

知识、技能与经验 必备条件 1. 具备制造业工作经验。 2. 拥有完整项目配套零件开发的供应商管理经验。 3. 具备英语与中文的听说读写能力，可与英国、印度海外客户沟通。 4. 熟悉汽车产品开发工具，如APQP、FMEA、控制计划、MSA、SPC等。 5. 愿意跨时区工作，与客户对接项目进展及供应链限制情况。 6. 熟悉中国地理，可高效规划供应商走访行程，达成Agratas质量与交付目标。

优先条件 1. 有汽车行业背景者优先——汽车行业一级供应商。 2. 具备六西格玛绿带/黑带等问题解决能力。 3. 候选人需展现良好的沟通与倾听能力，注重团队协作，能在危机场景下开展工作，及时向相关方同步状态并适时寻求支持，保障业务连续性。
