Job Objective

Analyzing production failures and introducing and/or tracking remedial actions

Supporting production to ascertain the cause of the fault, including claims processing

Analyzing customer returns, documenting the results (analysis stage 1)

Duties and Responsibilities

A Analyzing, monitoring

1 Analyzing and testing of returns and failed/reject parts; documenting the results and informing the departments involved

2 Monitoring the quality of material, products, and operating equipment by means of checks; determining causes of faults where necessary and initiating corrective actions

3 Accepting internal complaints, as well as initiating and correcting fault causes by conducting discussions

4 Evaluating and releasing reworked parts, assemblies, and devices

B Evaluation, maintenance, support

1 Creating and maintaining the necessary quality statistics

2 Providing support in implementing measures to reduce increased expenditure/rework and scrap

Performing other tasks related to this position (Including assessing suggestions for improvement and complying with the required industrial safety and environmental protection measures relevant to the area of work)

Your Qualifications

Responsabilidades principales:

Analizar y probar piezas rechazadas o retornadas; documentar resultados e informar a las áreas correspondientes.

Monitorear la calidad de materiales, productos y equipos mediante inspecciones y pruebas.

Recibir y gestionar quejas internas; identificar causas y dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas.

Evaluar y liberar piezas retrabajadas, ensambles y dispositivos.

Elaborar y actualizar estadísticas e indicadores de calidad (scrap, tiempos muertos, retrabajos).

Apoyar en la implementación de mejoras para reducir fallas, scrap y costos de no calidad.

Cumplir con las medidas de seguridad industrial y medio ambiente.

Requisitos

Experiencia

1 año como auditor electrónico o roles similares enfocados en PCBA.

Formación

No requerida licenciatura/ingeniería.
