DAY TO DAY AS A MEMBER SPECIALIST
As a Member Specialist II at Greenville Federal Credit Union, you will play a crucial role in enhancing member satisfaction by actively listening to their financial needs and recommending tailored products and services. What We're Looking For In a Member Specialist
To thrive as a Member Specialist II at Greenville Federal Credit Union, you will need a combination of education and experience. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED required, along with at least one year of related sales experience and a foundational understanding of lending practices, credit reports, and loan policies. Strong verbal and communication skills are crucial for effectively cross-selling products and demonstrating the benefits of the credit union's offerings to members. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required to manage daily tasks effectively. Additionally, candidates must be eligible and able to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, ensuring compliance with industry standards. A commitment to providing outstanding service and a proactive approach to identifying members' financial needs will set you apart in this role.
