What We Would Expect From You
- Relevant Experience: Experience in coordination, project or program support, sales enablement, events, communications, administration, or a similar commercial support role.
- Organization & Follow-Through: Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and time-management skills, with close attention to deadlines.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Comfortable coordinating inputs and activities across teams, countries, and levels of seniority.
- Events & Suppliers: Experience supporting event logistics and working with external providers or suppliers.
- Tools & Digital Fluency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and collaboration or project management tools, with a willingness to learn new platforms.
- Data & Reporting: Ability to maintain accurate trackers, consolidate information, and prepare clear reports and presentations.
- AI Mindset: Interest in applying approved AI tools responsibly in day-to-day work.
- Compliance: Commitment to Oracle’s brand, privacy, security, and compliance standards.
- Reliable & Organized: You manage details carefully, follow through, and keep activities on track.
- Proactive Communicator: You provide clear updates, ask timely questions, and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
