Highlands Ranch Surgery Center is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. As a Center of Excellence, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a safe, compassionate, and patient-focused environment.
Position Summary
The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care and support under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN). This role is essential to ensuring patient comfort, safety, and a positive care experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care as directed by the RN.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility needs.
- Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
- Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Follow established safety, environmental, and infection prevention protocols.
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on high-quality patient care.
- Represent the facility with professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct, free from gifts or improper inducements.
