Project Management Officer

We are currently supporting our client in their search for 3 different PMO profiles for an S/4HANA project in Austria.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: approx. 24 months.

Location: Hybrid – remote with travel to Vienna for key project phases and major governance.

Language: English C1/C2 mandatory, German a plus.

Contract type: Freelance/Contract

The three roles:

• PMO Lead

10+ years program/PMO experience, incl. 5+ years specifically on SAP S/4HANA or ECC→S/4HANA, plus 3+ further comparable programs for MDBs, international organisations or large corporates. Strong executive/Steering Committee governance track record. SAP Activate and Cloud ALM familiarity. PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner required.

• Senior PMO Consultant

6+ years PMO experience, incl. 2-3 years on SAP S/4HANA or comparable large ERP transformation. Owns RAID, milestone tracking, change request impact assessment, vendor performance monitoring, quality gates/readiness reviews; produces executive dashboards and SteerCo packs independently. PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP required.

• PMO Consultant / Analyst.

3-5 years in PMO, project coordination or business analysis on large IT/ERP programs. Hands-on with status reporting, RAID updates, dashboards, decision/action logs, testing or UAT readiness tracking. Surge capacity during cutover, go-live and hypercare.
