What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Software Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with developers, designers, and product owners to define early-stage test strategies
- Designing and maintaining end-to-end test cases for Web, Mobile (iOS & Android), and Desktop platforms
- Performing automated and manual testing using tools such as Playwright or Selenium
- Logging and managing issues using Jira and Xray, and contributing to root cause analysis
- Continuously improving test coverage, efficiency, and QA processes within an Agile SCRUM team
- 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience, ideally in Agile and SaaS environments
- Strong background in end-to-end testing of complex, multi-platform systems
- Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools, such as Jira and Xray
- Practical experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Selenium, Accelq)
- Strong skills in API testing using tools like Postman; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and integration tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Working programming/scripting knowledge (TypeScript, C#, or equivalent)
- Experience with mobile (iOS/Android) and desktop application testing (Kotlin is a bonus)
- Experience testing hardware SDKs or devices integrated with software applications is advantageous
- Experience in testing AI/ML-based features (e.g. speech recognition) or a strong interest in this area
- Understanding of security testing fundamentals (e.g. input validation, authentication flows)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strong quality mindset
- Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills in cross-functional, distributed teams
- The minimum compensation for this role is EUR 65 000. The actual compensation package will be tailored to your experience and qualifications.
