Performance Marketing Manager
Indexed description
Cirqley is a Seattle-based marketing agency with a specialty in law firm marketing and a client roster that spans personal injury firms, restaurants, and DTC clothing brands. We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to own our paid advertising strategy across Google and Meta for every account we run.
This is a hands-on, full-ownership role. You’ll build the strategy, launch and manage the campaigns, and be accountable for the numbers. You’ll work directly with our founding team and have an in-house media production team to support creative output, so you’re not stuck waiting on assets or making do with whatever’s lying around. If you have a strong point of view on what makes an ad work and the analytical discipline to prove it, this is a role where you’ll have real control over spend and real influence on strategy.
We’re not looking for someone to babysit dashboards. We want someone who catches fatigue before performance drops, knows why a CPA is climbing, and has the judgment to act on it.
Requirements
- Proven results across Google and Meta, with a track record of driving CPA down and ROAS up. Please include specific before/after numbers and the spend levels you managed.
- Multi-niche experience. You’ve run accounts in more than one vertical and understand how differently lead gen, local service, and e-commerce behave.
- Strong creative instincts. You can look at a set of ads and tell us what will perform and what won’t, and you can brief a production team clearly enough to get what you need.
- Excellent data analysis. Comfortable in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio. You can segment performance, isolate what’s actually driving results, and separate signal from noise.
- Technical tracking competence. Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tracking, GTM, offline conversion imports, and server-side tracking where needed. You can diagnose broken attribution instead of escalating it.
- Creative fatigue management. You monitor frequency, CTR decay, and CPM drift, and you have a system for refreshing creative before performance falls off.
- High level of ownership. Accounts get checked daily, not weekly. You flag problems before clients do.
- Ability to communicate performance to non-marketers, including client-facing reporting and recommendations.
Bonus if you:
- Have run paid campaigns for law firms or other high-CPC lead gen verticals
- Understand lead quality and intake, not just lead volume, including how to optimize toward qualified cases rather than raw form fills
- Have experience with local service ads, call tracking, and CallRail or similar
- Can write ad copy and short-form video scripts yourself
- Have worked agency-side and are comfortable switching context across multiple accounts in a day
Please do not apply if:
- You’ve only ever managed one brand or one account
- You outsource campaign management and act as a middleman
- You can’t point to specific CPA or ROAS improvements you personally drove
- You need someone else to set up your tracking
- You’re looking for remote or hybrid. This role is fully in person in downtown Seattle.
The details
- Full-time, salaried, in person in downtown Seattle
- Reporting to and working directly alongside the founding team
- In-house media production team supporting creative
- Start date: as soon as possible
To apply, please include:
- Accounts or verticals you’ve managed, with monthly spend ranges
- Two specific examples of CPA reduction or ROAS improvement, with numbers and how you got there
- A short explanation of how you diagnose an account where performance has dropped
- Anything you’ve built or set up on the tracking side
