Your seat to fill:
- Support Product Managers in the development and execution of long-term product strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth
- Support the management of Child Safety products throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept creation to market launch and beyond
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making
- Help identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with international Product Management teams to ensure alignment across markets and product categories
- Act as an interface between Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Procurement, and other key stakeholders throughout the product development process
- Support the preparation and delivery of product trainings for Marketing, Sales, and Global Training teams
- Organize and coordinate child fittings, consumer tests, and product evaluations to validate product usability, ergonomics, and consumer acceptance
- Coordinate the creation and review of technical artworks and product-related materials together with internal and external partners
- University degree in an engineering-related field, preferably Industrial Engineering
- First professional experience in Product Management, Product Development, or a related function, ideally within the consumer goods industry
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams
- Experience with or exposure to electronics-related products and technologies is considered a plus
- Structured, analytical, and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- High affinity for technical products combined with a strong appreciation for lifestyle, consumer needs and design
- Passion for developing products that create meaningful value for consumers
- Fluent English skills, German language skills are a strong advantage
- Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
