ProCredit Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Expert Financial Analysis for our branch in Thessaloniki.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth financial analysis (revenues, profitability, leverage, liquidity, cash flow), including annual monitoring
  • Visit the client’s premises – obligatory in case of financing (as a team together with BCA in more complex cases)
  • Assess the probability of default and assigns an internal Risk Classification
  • Evaluate pledged assets, guarantees or mortgages for adequacy and enforceability. Make request in the system for external appraisal
  • Request the necessary Legal opinion (including the ownership and collateral)
  • Draft a credit proposal with recommendations for approval, adjustment/restructuring, or rejection
  • Present the proposal to the relevant credit committee or risk authority
  • Ensure that all pre-disbursement conditions are met (e.g., collateral registration, contract signing)
  • Support Business Client Advisors on advising on structuring complex deals, clients with difficulties and eventual restructuring
  • Communicate with clients only in cases of clarifying and requesting additional financial data
  • Perform annual analysis, adh-hocs and semi-annual for bigger exposure (including RE projects)


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in commercial credit analysis or Business Lending Underwriting
  • Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and knowledge of risk assessment principles
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
  • Very good command of English language
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Time management, problem-solving, integrity, decision-making skills
  • Readiness to work with targets and KPIs; results oriented approach
  • Military duties fulfilled (for male candidates)
