Selenium Test Automation Engineer (Python) at BairesDev

As a Selenium Test Automation Engineer (Python), you will design and implement comprehensive automated testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications. You will work closely with development and QA teams to accelerate delivery cycles by transforming manual processes into efficient, automated workflows.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites for complex web applications.
• Build robust and reusable test automation frameworks from the ground up.
• Create and manage comprehensive test data and configuration files across diverse environments.
• Integrate automated testing pipelines into continuous delivery and integration workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues within automated test scripts and environments.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation Engineering or Software Testing.
• Proven expertise in web application test automation using Selenium.
• Strong proficiency in programming and writing automation scripts with Python.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
