This role will be responsible for the overall coordination and delivery of the project — connecting field operations, subcontractors, internal teams, client requirements, schedules, budgets, documentation, and project priorities.

Montana is a new and growing market for Streamline, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, establishing processes, solving problems, and helping build a scalable operation.

  • Local candidates strongly preferred due to our long-term plans in the Montana market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the project from planning and mobilization through construction execution and completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, priorities, and short- and long-term work plans.
  • Coordinate closely with the Construction Manager, Field Supervisor, subcontractors, and internal Streamline teams.
  • Serve as a key point of communication between Streamline, the client, field operations, and other project stakeholders.
  • Monitor overall project progress and ensure construction remains aligned with scope, schedule, specifications, and client expectations.
  • Track production and project performance against established targets.
  • Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments, and financial performance.
  • Identify schedule, production, resource, and financial risks and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Coordinate subcontractor capacity, mobilization, work allocation, and project priorities with field leadership.
  • Ensure required project documentation, production records, reports, change documentation, and supporting information are complete and accurate.
  • Manage project changes and coordinate necessary approvals when field conditions or scope require adjustments.
  • Support review and validation of subcontractor production and completed quantities.
  • Coordinate with engineering, permitting, inspectors, municipalities/county representatives, client representatives, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Lead or participate in regular project meetings and provide clear updates on progress, schedule, risks, and outstanding issues.
  • Work with field leadership to resolve construction obstacles, utility conflicts, access issues, permitting concerns, and other factors affecting production.
  • Maintain visibility into manpower, subcontractor capacity, equipment, materials, and other resources required to meet project objectives.
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to Streamline leadership.
  • Help establish project management processes and reporting structure as the Montana operation continues to grow.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in OSP telecommunications, underground utilities, or related infrastructure construction.
  • Strong understanding of OSP underground construction and directional boring/HDD operations.
  • Telecom/fiber construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing large construction projects involving multiple subcontractors and field teams.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, production tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to read and understand construction prints, scopes, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Experience coordinating with clients, contractors, engineering, inspectors, municipalities, and other external stakeholders.
  • Strong subcontractor and vendor coordination skills.
  • Ability to identify project risks and drive issues through resolution.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a new market where processes and operational structure are still being developed.
  • Ability to balance field priorities with project-level financial, schedule, and client requirements.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
