In this role you will proactively build customer relationships, driving the sales of the Infection prevention product portfolio as well as being responsible for Product Management, including product launches, trainings and strategic customer activities within the area assigned territory.
This role involves working closely with healthcare providers, distributors, and internal teams to drive product adoption, deliver technical expertise, and achieve against sales targe
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the portfolio within the East Denmark region
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and distributors
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align messaging and identify opportunities
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
Deliver training sessions and educational programs to healthcare staff on product usage and best practices
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Tenders an after sales products
Provide feedback from the field to support product improvements and new developments
Responsible for the product portfolio, driving sales & marketing activities, including trainings, presentations, product launches, fairs etc. to support realizing the highest market potential possible
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including EMEA Product Managers
Complaint handling according to internal guidelines
Continuous market & competitor monitoring
Your qualification
Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales, preferably within sterilization, disinfection, water, ventilation, building
IT knowledge (MS Office, SalesForce)
Technical complex project sales
Healthcare system experience (incl. tenders, basic anatomy) is an advantage
Strong technical knowledge of sterilization and infection control products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a geographically dispersed territory.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
