About the role

We are looking for a Senior Global Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market for a high-velocity software roadmap within Laerdal’s ecosystem. Based at Laerdal Copenhagen, our center of excellence for digital learning solutions, you will play a key role in translating continuous product innovation into clear, differentiated customer value.

In this role, you will own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for frequent software and feature releases, shaping positioning, messaging, and launch plans that support adoption, retention, and lifecycle value. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and regional teams, you will help bring Laerdal’s software-led innovation to market in a scalable and commercially impactful way.

We are looking for someone who has long experience with SaaS and software product marketing, recurring revenue models, feature-driven releases, and the importance of turning complex product capabilities into simple, compelling customer value. You will help reduce launch friction, create repeatable launch models, and ensure that innovation across the ecosystem is communicated as one cohesive value proposition.

Your work will strengthen alignment between Product, Marketing and Sales, support faster market adoption, and help build a repeatable model for driving growth through software-led innovation and lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for a high-velocity software roadmap within the ecosystem.
  • Translate frequent feature releases into clear customer value, differentiated positioning, and compelling global messaging.
  • Partner closely with Product teams on roadmap understanding, launch prioritization, positioning, and commercialization opportunities.
  • Create scalable, repeatable launch frameworks that reduce launch friction and enable strong global and local market execution.
  • Align Product, Marketing, Sales, and regional stakeholders around strategic impact, customer value, and commercial priorities.
  • Support adoption, retention, and lifecycle value by developing messaging, enablement, and launching approaches suited to SaaS and software-led offerings.
  • Use market insight, customer feedback, performance data, and competitive intelligence to inform positioning, segmentation, pricing input, and launch decisions.
  • Ensure global consistency while enabling local relevance, helping regions and sales teams communicate a cohesive value proposition.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in SaaS or software product marketing, including recurring revenue models, feature-driven releases, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong track record of owning end-to-end go-to-market for complex products in a global, high-velocity roadmap environment.
  • Ability to translate product capabilities into clear value proposition, positioning, and differentiated messaging.
  • Experience working closely with Product teams on roadmap planning and launch prioritization
  • Demonstrated impact on revenue growth, adoption, retention, or commercialization through effective product launches.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align Product, Marketing, Sales, and regional stakeholders across global settings.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to guide decisions on market – and business opportunities, segmentation, pricing, and launch performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders and creating clarity in complex, global environments.

Personal skills we value

  • You quickly understand markets, customer needs, and business drivers, and use this insight to shape strong value propositions and informed decisions.
  • You excel at simplifying complexity, translating complex concepts, product capabilities, and strategic initiatives into clear, compelling messages that are easily understood by customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • You communicate clearly, confidently, and convincingly, tailoring messages to different audiences and building alignment across stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • You take ownership, manage priorities effectively, and deliver high quality in a dynamic, global environment.
  • You are self-aware, actively seek feedback, and continuously improve how you lead and collaborate.
  • You thrive in cross‑functional and international teams, build trust quickly, and contribute positively to shared goals through openness and respect.
  • You work in a structured and disciplined way, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution, and ensuring plans are realistic, well‑coordinated, and followed through.

We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement. Great teams are built from diverse perspectives, complementary strengths, and people who are motivated by learning, impact, and collaboration.
