Role & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for Loan Against Property across assigned cluster.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5-8 Branch Managers.
  • Set performance goals for the team and track their achievements.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management practices.
  • Work closely with the credit and risk teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Candidates should have 5-8 years of relevant experience of LAP Business.
  • Should be Graduate /MBA (Preferred).
  • Experience of managing 5 to 7 sets of branches is must.
