Title: Imaging Systems Ops Analyst
Facility : Mease Countryside Hospital - Imaging Department
The Imaging Systems Ops Analyst Responsibilities Include
- Having a detailed working knowledge of software applications utilized in the Imaging/Cardiology departments.
- Areas of focus include understanding operational workflow supporting the use of clinical technologies
- Support and training of department physicians and team members in the utilization of multiple applications
- Assisting physicians with maintaining and troubleshooting personal settings in specified applications
- Use a strong understanding of physician and/or clinical workflow processes and identifies the impact of a system's functionality on those processes
- Work closely with the Information Services teams in identifying and resolving system and process issues
- Assist department leadership in data reporting and audits as needed
- Requires excellent skills in communication, time management, organization, process improvement, and managing relationships.

- High School or Equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's
- 2 years Imaging Systems Related or 2 years Cardiology or Imaging System Super User experience.
Status: Full Time
Shift Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekend Work: Occasional
