🚀 We’re hiring: Experienced Credit Management Accountant – French Speaker
Are you an experienced finance professional with strong Credit Management / Accounts Receivable experience and fluent French? Join Euromaster, part of the Michelin Group, and become part of an international team focused on delivering excellent service to customers and business partners.
🔎 What you’ll do
- Analyze customer accounts, payments and overdue balances
- Manage dunning activities and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Apply and release account blocks based on payment performance and risk
- Review and update customer credit limits
- Support Centers, Sales teams and customers with credit-related queries
- Investigate and coordinate the resolution of payment disputes
- Create and track litigation and collection cases
- Process customer refund requests
🎯 What we’re looking for
- Fluent French and strong English communication skills
- Previous experience in Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, Collections or OTC
- Good understanding of customer accounts, overdue payments and credit risk
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage a high volume of requests accurately and efficiently
- Experience with disputes, litigation or external collection partners is a plus
