We're looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer to play a key role in shaping quality across a range of modern digital products. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to influence quality from the earliest stages of development, helping deliver reliable, secure, and accessible software.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, build, and maintain automated tests across UI, API, and integration layers
• Increase automated regression coverage to enable faster, more confident releases
• Champion best practices and help shape quality standards across engineering teams
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to define testable requirements and identify risks early
• Perform exploratory and manual testing where it delivers the greatest value
• Provide clear, risk-based recommendations to support release decisions
• Contribute to security focused testing, including OWASP principles and lightweight threat modelling
• Help ensure products meet accessibility standards by testing against WCAG guidelines
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tooling, and overall product quality

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience in software testing or quality engineering
• Strong experience with test automation across UI, API, and integration testing
• Experience testing web applications, SaaS platforms, or customer-facing digital products
• Practical experience with performance testing
• Hands on experience with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman, and REST Assured
• Experience working with JavaScript or TypeScript
• A strong understanding of modern quality engineering and risk-based testing approaches
• Knowledge of security testing principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
