Position Purpose

Join our 23-bed unit, where you'll care for both post-surgical and general medical patients in an environment that emphasizes pain management, holistic treatment, and active involvement from patients and families. What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatments and care plans.
- Lead and coordinate the care provided by our skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Patient Care Assistants (PCAs), ensuring smooth, collaborative workflows.
- Act as a key communicator within the healthcare team, effectively engaging with physicians, patients’ families, and other team members to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Full Time, .9 FTE (36 hrs / week), 7p-7a
- Every 3rd weekend rotation
- Current Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
