We are looking for a highly motivated FP&A Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who wants to go beyond reporting and become a true business partner, supporting leadership decision-making through insightful analysis and compelling financial storytelling.

As part of a growing FP&A organization, you will play a key role in coordinating financial planning and reporting activities across multiple functions, connecting data, people, and business insights to drive performance.


THE ROLE


Financial Planning & Reporting

  • Support monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reporting cycles
  • Coordinate planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
  • Prepare management reports and performance updates
  • Partner with leadership teams to provide meaningful financial insights

Analysis & Performance Management

  • Validate and reconcile data from multiple systems and finance teams
  • Investigate variances and identify underlying business drivers
  • Translate financial information into clear business recommendations
  • Support business performance reviews and ad hoc analyses

Stakeholder Management & Coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact across various finance and business functions
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Finance, Revenue Management, Rewards, and Leadership teams
  • Ensure alignment and consistency across reporting inputs and assumptions
  • Drive follow-ups and coordinate cross-functional deliverables

Ad Hoc Projects

  • Support strategic and operational projects requested by Group and senior leadership
  • Prepare management presentations and business cases
  • Deliver analyses that support key business decisions


REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant university degree
  • Fluency in English
  • 2-5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, Financial Analysis, Audit, or Business Partnering
  • Experience gained in a multinational environment, Big4, controlling, or financial analysis role is highly valued
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to connect financial data with business performance and outcomes
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence when working with senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership
