About Your New Job:
- Lead the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely collections, accurate billing, and efficient management of customer accounts while supporting cash flow and business objectives.
About Your New Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer transactions.
- Monitor daily AR operations, including invoicing, cash application, deductions, and account reconciliations.
- Lead month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Drive collection strategies to improve cash flow, reduce overdue balances, and achieve DSO and AR KPIs.
- Review customer aging reports and proactively manage high-risk overdue accounts.
- Analyze AR performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights through regular reporting and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
- Coach, develop, and mentor team members through regular feedback and performance management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational excellence.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, Business Administration
- 4–6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Market-to-Cash (MTC), or Finance Operations.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a team is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
- Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP) is an advantage.
