Organization Context
Bluesquare is a fast-growing technology company focused on global health, helping resources reach their intended destinations across the health, environmental, and social sectors. We partner with organizations such as the World Bank, USAID, WHO, and the Global Fund, and work in 30+ countries with 60+ clients.
Role Summary
Lead Bluesquare’s digital marketing strategy and content across our services and our growing product portfolio (see https://www.bluesquarehub.com/products/). Own HubSpot as the shared marketing engine, manage the content, website, and community functions, and coordinate with the Business Development and Product Lead to orchestrate campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market & Campaign Orchestration
- Identify and map relevant market actors and organizations (ministries of health, NGOs, donors, implementing partners) to guide campaign targeting.
- Plan and orchestrate campaigns in coordination with the Business Development and the Product Business Unit, aligning content, timing, and audience across product, practice, and general BD priorities.
- Collaborate with the Product team to keep messaging and campaign content technically accurate.
2. HubSpot & Marketing Operations
- Configure and own HubSpot: campaign automation, nurture workflows, segmentation, and lead-scoring criteria.
- Set up and run email campaigns and other multi-channel outreach.
- Maintain the marketing contact database and report on campaign and funnel performance.
- Hand off qualified leads to the sales team for follow-through.
3. Digital Marketing & Content
- Manage outreach campaigns end-to-end and qualify leads before handoff.
- Oversee website content, newsletters, case studies, and social media, keeping a consistent brand voice.
- Turn product updates and roadmap milestones into external-ready content and campaigns.
- Produce materials to support Business Development’s outreach.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital marketing, including experience managing people or a small team.
- Strong, hands-on command of HubSpot (or a comparable platform) — configuration, automation, segmentation, lead scoring, reporting.
- Track record running multi-channel campaigns and managing a lead-to-conversion funnel.
- Good understanding of the LMIC context and how NGOs, donors, and development partners operate — funding cycles, procurement, sector language.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building campaigns and processes from scratch in a growing SaaS motion.
- Comfortable working with technical/product stakeholders and translating their input into accessible content.
- Excellent written English; French a strong plus.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience in global health, international development, or the NGO sector.
- Experience marketing open-source or Digital Public Good products.
