We are looking for an ERP Business Partner Finance to play a key role in the implementation, optimization and governance of our new ERP platform across the CFE Group. You will act as the bridge between Finance and IT, working closely with business stakeholders, key users, project teams and external partners to design and deliver efficient, scalable and future-proof solutions. You combine a strong interest in finance processes with a passion for digital transformation and continuous improvement. You enjoy understanding business challenges and translating them into practical solutions that create value for the organization.
Your Responsibilities ?
- Act as the Finance domain expert within the ERP transformation program.
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions and challenge existing ways of working.
- Contribute to the design, implementation and continuous optimization of finance processes and systems.
- Coordinate and support testing, training and change management activities.
- Collaborate with IT teams, implementation partners and software vendors.
- Ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives, standards and best practices.
- Manage or contribute to ERP-related projects, enhancements and initiatives.
- Support key users and help build ERP capabilities across the organization.
- Monitor solution performance and proactively identify opportunities for further optimization and standardization.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Management or a related field.
- Experience in Finance, ERP, Business Analysis, Process Improvement or Project Management.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central or similar is an asset.
- Knowledge of finance processes including accounting, controlling, reporting, budgeting or consolidation.
- Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into effective solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A hands-on mindset combined with a structured approach to project delivery.
- Curiosity, learning agility and a genuine interest in innovation and digital transformation.
- Fluent in Dutch and French with a good command of English.
