Senior QA Test Engineer - Remote (UK)

We're working with a client to appoint a Senior QA Test Engineer who will take ownership of quality across a large, complex product suite. This is a remote role for UK-based candidates (with a preference for the Southwest-based specialists), joining a very small team where your decisions directly shape the product and our client's future.

Key Skills and Experience

• Manual Testing - Designing and executing detailed test plans and cases, validate complex user interfaces and workflows.
• Proactive Testing - Actively seeking out defects and usability issues through exploratory testing rather than waiting for issues to surface.
• Automation Testing (Selenium/Playwright with JavaScript)
• JMeter Performance and Load Testing
• Database experience - Experience with SQL-based databases, looking at data, change and validate it, using for analytic purpose.
• Small Team / Individual Contributor Experience - Working independently, collaborating closely with developers, and driving QA process improvements within a lean organisation.
• Linux backend experience - configuring Linux and finding log files
