This is a permanent full-time role requiring availability Monday to Friday.
Your Day-to-day Will Involve
- Managing client enquiries and maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Preparing and updating rosters and coordinating staff schedules in line with operational needs
- Assisting clients and their representatives with information about Carinity’s services
- Supporting the Lifestyle Coordinator and broader team with daily office tasks
- Ensuring confidentiality and quality outcomes across all administrative functions
In Addition, You Will Have
- Demonstrated experience in office administration or clerical support
- Experience in staff rostering, preferably using a computerised system
- Certificate or qualification in Business Administration is advantageous
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Appealing not-for-profit (PBI) salary packaging options
