- Global Securitised Products (GSP) covers several businesses, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) & Private Debt Financing. SPG works with corporate and institutional clients, to provide them with financing, risk transfer and capital markets access, through securitisation transactions across a range of asset classes.
- Create and update credit memos for new and existing transactions, and participate in credit committees
- Monitor transaction performance, update and review quarterly performance and watchlist reports
- Understand and ensure compliance with evolving internal credit and rating methodologies
- Analyse and assess the non-financial risks associated with the transactions
- Maintain portfolio reports ‒ including exposure breakdowns, risk dashboards, budgeting and forecasting for P&L (Profit and Loss), capital, and liquidity
- Onboarding in new deals in portfolio monitoring platform
- Review and contribute to regulatory capital calculation of GSP transactions
- Maintain and update internal policies and procedures; implement new or revised risk policies and related tools.
- Help improve portfolio management and monitoring tools and processes, increasing the team’s productivity through automation and efficiency measures.
- Liaise with IT and other stakeholders for improvement of AFS tools; assist in testing updated tools
- Master’s degree from a business school or engineering school with specialisation in finance
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
- Proficient use of Excel
