Credit Portfolio Manager

About The Job

• Global Securitised Products (GSP) covers several businesses, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) & Private Debt Financing. SPG works with corporate and institutional clients, to provide them with financing, risk transfer and capital markets access, through securitisation transactions across a range of asset classes.

Your Main Activities Are

Credit Management Of The Securitisation Portfolio

• Create and update credit memos for new and existing transactions, and participate in credit committees
• Monitor transaction performance, update and review quarterly performance and watchlist reports
• Understand and ensure compliance with evolving internal credit and rating methodologies
• Analyse and assess the non-financial risks associated with the transactions

Portfolio Management Of The Securitisation Portfolio

• Maintain portfolio reports ‒ including exposure breakdowns, risk dashboards, budgeting and forecasting for P&L (Profit and Loss), capital, and liquidity
• Onboarding in new deals in portfolio monitoring platform
• Review and contribute to regulatory capital calculation of GSP transactions

Contribute To Transversal Projects

• Maintain and update internal policies and procedures; implement new or revised risk policies and related tools.
• Help improve portfolio management and monitoring tools and processes, increasing the team’s productivity through automation and efficiency measures.
• Liaise with IT and other stakeholders for improvement of AFS tools; assist in testing updated tools

Profile And Skills For Success

• Master’s degree from a business school or engineering school with specialisation in finance
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
• Proficient use of Excel
• Great team spirit and ability to collaborate with others
• Attention to detail with an analytical approach and ability to synthesise complex information
