About the Job:
BYD is a global leader in green energy and electric mobility, and our Forklift Division is expanding rapidly across Europe. We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our dealer network in France and emerging markets - coordinating orders, logistics, parts and finance, so dealers can focus on selling. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of sales, operations and customer service, ideal for someone who thrives on precision and likes making complex processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Order Support
- Process unit orders received from dealers by email.
- Validate orders for accuracy - specifications, pricing, signature and stamp.
- Allocate orders against stock, inbound shipments, or factory orders.
- Confirm orders and communicate delivery dates to dealers.
- Follow up with dealers to ensure timely pick-up of units.
- Support the issuance of T1, T2, and ATA carnets where required.
- Assist with logistics for demo units and support dealers as needed.
- Maintain and update the order database.
- Generate and distribute weekly sales reports to dealers.
- Follow up on part requests that are out of stock.
- Track Parts activity by market, including invoices and payments.
- Arrange part returns from assigned markets in line with internal procedures.
- Monitor shipments to dealers and keep them informed of status.
- Issue unit invoices and debit notes as required.
- Send balance statements to each dealer.
- Follow up with dealers on outstanding payments.
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Fluent in French (mandatory)
- Fluent in Spanish (a strong plus)
- Excellent attention to details
- Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
