Functional QA Lead

Hiring: Functional QA Lead – Capital Markets & Financial Services

Location: North Quincy, MA – 100% Onsite from Day 1

Duration: 12 Months

Experience: 8–10+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Functional QA Lead with strong expertise in Capital Markets / Financial Services and end-to-end functional testing.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Strong experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management.

Design end-to-end functional test plans, frameworks, and risk-based testing strategies.

Experience with order entry, trade capture, position management, pricing, clearing, and settlement workflows.

Lead UAT, manage onshore/offshore QA teams, and track testing milestones.

Strong SQL skills for backend data validation.

Experience with API testing – Postman, REST.

Hands-on automation experience using Python, Java, or QA automation tools.

Strong knowledge of Jira, Xray, ALM, defect lifecycle, and traceability matrices.

Experience with Agile, BDD, Cucumber/Gherkin, and CI/CD quality gates.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory: Candidate must be available to work 100% onsite in North Quincy, MA from Day 1.
