This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and execution. You will build trusted client relationships, guide teams through complex productions, and play an active role in bringing ambitious creative ideas to life. The goal is to deliver best-in-class content that connects brands with our audience while continuously elevating Highsnobiety’s production capabilities and standards.
Your Mission
- Lead and oversee Highsnobiety’s largest client workstreams, ensuring all productions are delivered on brief, on budget, and in line with the Highsnobiety aesthetic and creative standards
- Own and nurture senior client relationships, serving as a strategic partner and trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle of key accounts
- Act as the face of Production in client-facing discussions, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning conversations
- Take an active role in the execution of productions, supporting teams through planning, vendor negotiations, resourcing, budgeting, scheduling, and on-the-ground problem solving when needed
- Evaluate incoming briefs, assess production feasibility, and define production approaches that support creative, operational, and financial objectives
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, staffing plans, and production pricing across multiple workstreams
- Partner closely with Client Services, Creative, Editorial, Commercial, and external partners to deliver innovative and culturally relevant content programs
- Support producers throughout all stages of production, providing guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support on key projects
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and establish new ways of working across the Production team
- Partner with the VP, Creative Production to support team development, succession planning, and upskilling opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong global network of production partners, vendors, freelancers, and creative collaborators
- Drive operational excellence across all productions while proactively identifying and addressing risks, gaps, and inefficiencies
- Champion Highsnobiety’s creative standards while ensuring productions meet commercial and client objectives
- 8+ years of experience in content production, creative production, or agency production leadership, with a proven track record managing large-scale branded content programs
- Significant experience producing photo, video, digital, and integrated campaigns from concept through delivery
- Comfortable moving between strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a willingness to step into productions whenever needed
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing production budgets, pricing, forecasting, and profitability
- Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships and manage complex stakeholder environments
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience mentoring, developing, and supporting producers and cross-functional teams
- An in-depth understanding of both creative development and production execution
- A highly organized problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and remains calm under pressure
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with confidence leading client-facing conversations
- Experience managing productions involving high-profile talent, global brands, and multiple stakeholders
- A thorough understanding and appreciation of Highsnobiety’s audience, brand positioning, and cultural relevance across fashion, music, design, art, and contemporary culture
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel when required
