*FULLY REMOTE - NEED TO LIVE IN NASHVILLE, TN METRO AREA*

This is a high-impact opportunity with a private equity-backed, multi-entity organization that has experienced significant growth through acquisition over the past several years. What You'll Own

✅ Lead the month-end close process and consolidated financial reporting

✅ Oversee lender, sponsor, and board reporting

✅ Manage treasury and cash flow activities

✅ Lead external audits and ensure GAAP compliance

✅ Provide accounting leadership and guidance across decentralized business units

✅ Support acquisition integrations, ERP/system implementations, and process improvements

✅ Drive working capital and cash flow initiatives

Ideal Background

• CPA required
• Public accounting foundation
• Currently in a hands-on Controller, Assistant Controller, or accounting leadership role
• Experience within manufacturing, project-based, construction, industrial, or other percentage-of-completion accounting environments
• Exposure to ERP implementations, system conversions, or business integrations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
