CX Technology Solutions is looking for an experienced bilingual English and French-speaking Cutover Lead with hands-on CCaaS deployment and cutover experience to support smooth, well-coordinated transitions across environments.
This is a fully remote contract role through November 13, 2026, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
In this role, you will take ownership of cutover planning and execution, coordinate teams and activities across deployment phases, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned before, during, and after go-live. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident working in fast-paced technical environments, and experienced in managing cutover activities for complex CCaaS implementations.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed cutover plans for CCaaS deployments and go-live activities.
- Coordinate cutover activities across multiple environments, teams, and stakeholders.
- Define and manage cutover timelines, milestones, dependencies, and go/no-go criteria.
- Create and manage duty rosters and ensure appropriate coverage throughout cutover and hypercare periods.
- Coordinate technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders before, during, and after cutover.
- Lead cutover calls and provide clear communication on progress, risks, issues, and decisions.
- Track cutover readiness and ensure all required activities and prerequisites are completed on time.
- Identify potential risks and dependencies and drive mitigation actions.
- Coordinate issue resolution and escalation during cutover and go-live.
- Maintain clear cutover documentation, status updates, action logs, and post-cutover reports.
- Support post-cutover validation, stabilization, and lessons-learned activities.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CCaaS deployments, cutovers, or technical delivery.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Amazon Connect.
- Hands-on experience developing and managing cutover plans.
- Experience coordinating complex technical activities across multiple teams and environments.
- Experience managing duty rosters, on-call coverage, or shift coordination during deployments or go-lives.
- Strong understanding of deployment, migration, and go-live processes.
- Professional fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple activities, dependencies, and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and confidence leading technical coordination calls in English and French.
- Ability to identify risks, manage escalations, and drive issues through to resolution.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with major CCaaS platforms such as Genesys Cloud, Genesys Engage, NICE CXone, Five9, or similar.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise CCaaS migrations or implementations.
- Experience working with international clients and distributed technical teams.
- Familiarity with ITIL, change management, or structured deployment methodologies.
- Experience working in hypercare and post-go-live stabilization environments.
- Project management or technical delivery experience is a plus.

- Cutovers are well planned, clearly communicated, and executed with minimal disruption.
- All teams understand their responsibilities, timelines, and escalation paths before go-live.
- Risks, dependencies, and blockers are identified early and actively managed.
- Cutover activities stay on schedule, with clear ownership and accountability.
- Stakeholders have consistent visibility into readiness, progress, and issues.
- Go-lives transition smoothly into hypercare and stable operations.
- Communication remains clear and effective across both English- and French-speaking stakeholders.
- Post-cutover activities and lessons learned are properly documented and followed through.
