Responsibilities

Managing R&D life-cycle projects, including overall supervision, management and guidance. Ensuring timely delivery with high-quality. 2.Coordinating resources during the R&D projects, managing project progress, and controlling risks and matters throughout the project. 3.Reviewing and filing the deliverables throughout the project on standardization and effectiveness perspectives. 4.Participating the development of products, drafting documents for product design and implementing verification according to requests. 5.Managing the design transfer, drafting technical process documents and supervising the usage of production process documents and laboratory test on sample. 6.Learning and transferring the latest regulations.

Requirements

Master degree or above. Major in science or engineering, machinery, metal processing, materials, and polymers is preferred. 2.Proficient in English (oral and written), MS Office, Project, AutoCAD, SolidWork, etc. 3.8+ years R&D working experience on medical devices (implantation or sterile medical device), familiar with regulations, experienced in audit, medical device development and product design. 4.Strategic thinking and good communication skills, prudent risk taking, collaboration and teaming, able to work under pressure.
