Responsibilities

  • Global Compensation System Establishment and Optimization: Establish a compensation system that is adapted to the characteristics of the new energy vehicle industry, aligned with the startup stage, and takes into account differences among different countries, ensuring compliance and competitiveness. Lead global compensation surveys and benchmarking analyses, produce reports, and optimize salary standards and salary adjustment mechanisms to balance talent attraction and costs.
  • Implementation of Compensation and Benefits Planning and Design: Coordinate the design of global compensation and benefits programs, covering statutory benefits, supplementary benefits, etc., to meet the needs of core talents and enhance talent competitiveness.
  • Payroll and Tax Management: Lead the management of payroll and tax suppliers. Accumulate payroll and tax rules and calculation logic across different countries globally to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of payroll and tax processes.
  • Incentive System Design: Design an ESOP plan tailored to the startup business, collaborate with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance with local regulations. Design an annual incentive plan tailored to the sales business to ensure the effectiveness of sales incentives.
  • Human Resource Cost Management: Conduct human resource cost budgeting and salary data analysis to improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in relevant fields such as human resources, management, etc., with overseas study experience as a plus.
  • Work Experience: 5 years or more of experience related to Compensation COE, with at least 3 years of experience in the high-tech industry. Possesses experience in building a complete global compensation system and implementing the full process of ESOP. Has experience in designing employee compensation and benefits for countries in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, etc.
  • Competence: Proficient in global compensation, benefits, and ESOP design, with solid capabilities in research, data analysis, and compliance management. Familiar with labor laws and tax policies across multiple global regions, and has cross-cultural compensation management experience.
  • Has good business requirements analysis capabilities, strong logical thinking, communication skills, and influence, and is able to withstand high levels of work pressure.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
