HR SSC Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Process Construction: Responsible for designing the core business processes of SSCs in various global regions, establishing unified service processes and operating specifications, and organizing regular evaluations and optimizations.
• It Office Buildout: Responsible for HR informatization construction, providing human resources data analysis products, and providing data support for business, HRBP, and COE.
• Employment Management: Responsible for managing HR-related outsourcing service providers; Collaborating with suppliers to provide comprehensive support such as onboarding, expatriation, and work visa for overseas hires and Chinese expatriate employees.
• HR Operations: Responsible for human resources operations such as onboarding, transfer, and offboarding of Chinese and local employees, maintaining the timeliness and accuracy of employee data uploads, and ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of human resources operations delivery.
• Human Resources Compliance: Coordinate human resources compliance management and establish relevant institutional systems for employee recruitment, transfer, separation, and departure.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in relevant fields such as human resources, management, etc., with overseas study experience as a plus.
• Work Experience: 6-10 years of relevant work experience in HRSSC positions, with over 3 years of overseas human resources operations experience preferred.
• Competence: Familiar with relevant labor laws, regulations, and policies of overseas countries, familiar with the work processes and operating methods of human resources operations, possessing strong risk management and control awareness as well as experience in interfacing with overseas third parties, and having experience in 0-1 overseas construction of HRSSC is preferred.
• Has good business requirements analysis capabilities, strong logical thinking, communication skills, and influence, and is able to withstand high levels of work pressure.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language.
