UX/UI Designer

Project: Design New Features & Enhancement for Pocket and P3 Trading System

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to create intuitive and engaging experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Software Engineers to transform business requirements into user-centered designs that enhance usability and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UX/UI solutions for new features and enhancements across web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Gather and analyze user requirements, conduct UX research, and translate insights into effective design solutions.
• Perform usability testing, identify UX issues, and continuously improve designs based on user feedback.
• Present design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders and developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
• Maintain consistency with design systems, UI standards, branding guidelines, and accessibility best practices.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to improving internal design processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your UX process, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. (Portfolio submission is required.)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Figma Make, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and other prototyping tools.
• Experience using AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Claude, Google Stitch, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), responsive design, usability, accessibility, and native mobile design guidelines (iOS & Android).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Experience with Design Systems and component libraries is preferred.
• Experience designing fintech, financial services, securities, or trading platforms is an advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
