About The Role
You will provide comprehensive care to patients on our Medical/ Oncology / Haematology and Palliative Care ward, working alongside various clinicians to provide acute medical (respiratory, renal, geriatric and general medical) and specialised cancer treatment, including oncology, haematology and palliative care.
Permanent full-time role available, part-time will be considered with the opportunity for multiple candidates to be hired to fill the position. This role requires availability for all shifts (AM / PM / Night Duty / Weekends) across 7 days.

The Position
- Assesses plans, delivers and evaluates patient care, seeking support from senior staff as required.
- Promotes and contributes to effective communication, facilitating teamwork and cooperation within the department and within the hospital.
- Provides patient education and acts as a resource where appropriate.
- Supports and supervises staff and students as required, including orientating and precepting staff.
- Contributes to the achievement of Hospital and Clinical Services operational objectives.
Oncology experience (including cytotoxic medication administration) will be highly regarded.

The Benefits:
- Salary $67,397 to $107,881 (pro rata if part time), plus 12% superannuation
- Permanent full-time or part-time positions available - hours negotiated with suitable applicants
