Permanent Full Time | 40 hours per week with a monthly ADO (Part Time applicants considered)

About The Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Clinical Pharmacist to lead and deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services within our women's health clinical streams at Grampians Health Ballarat. This is an exciting opportunity to combine advanced clinical expertise with leadership, education and training in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Core Duties

• Provide advanced clinical pharmacy care to Women's Health inpatient units
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, patient focused care
• Strategic planning and implementation of a specialised pharmacist led ambulatory clinic for women’s health patients with complex medication needs
• Drive service development, quality improvement and innovation for women's health clinical pharmacy services

Skills & Experience

• AHPRA registered pharmacist
• Advanced clinical pharmacy capability
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Skilled in supervision, mentoring and team leadership
• Postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification or ANZCAP credentialing desirable
