We’re seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Clinical Pharmacist to lead and deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services within our women's health clinical streams at Grampians Health Ballarat. This is an exciting opportunity to combine advanced clinical expertise with leadership, education and training in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Core Duties
- Provide advanced clinical pharmacy care to Women's Health inpatient units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, patient focused care
- Strategic planning and implementation of a specialised pharmacist led ambulatory clinic for women’s health patients with complex medication needs
- Drive service development, quality improvement and innovation for women's health clinical pharmacy services
- AHPRA registered pharmacist
- Advanced clinical pharmacy capability
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Skilled in supervision, mentoring and team leadership
- Postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification or ANZCAP credentialing desirable
