Retail Concession Supervisor - Geelong

We are excited to be expanding our presence across Myer nationally and are looking for a passionate Concession Supervisor to lead and grow our new Commonry concession at Myer Geelong.

As a Concession Supervisor, you will bring the Commonry experience to life by leading your team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success.

In This Role, You’ll Need To

• Mentor, lead and develop a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to achieve sales and service goals
• Drive concession performance through strong commercial acumen and ownership of budgets and growth expectations
• Build strong customer relationships and create personalised styling experiences
• Manage stock levels, inventory and loss prevention practices to maximise sales opportunities
• Ensure the concession maintains Commonry’s visual standards and brand presentation
• Partner effectively with Myer leaders and team members to deliver a seamless customer experience

THE PERFECT FIT:

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within fashion retail
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving commercial outcomes
• A people-centric leadership style with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously
• Confidence providing feedback, recognising achievements and creating a positive team culture
• Experience managing stock, inventory and loss prevention processes.
