Your seat to fill:

• Assist senior analysts in evaluating potential real estate investments and conducting market research and analysis
• Administer and maintain the real estate portfolio database, including contract management
• Gather and analyze data on property performance, market trends, and industry conditions
• Assist with financial modeling and forecasting to assess investment performance
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for senior management
• Assist with due diligence activities, including property inspections and environmental assessments
• Support real estate audits
• Provide support during negotiations with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
• Maintain a comprehensive database of all properties under consideration or under management

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Completed apprenticeship or initial professional experience in real estate investment, development, or asset management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Familiarity with real estate law, regulatory requirements, and compliance issues; willingness to travel
• Fluency in German and English
