Datacenter Service Coordinator

Job Description

• Act as the central interface between customers, service providers and internal departments
• Coordinate all IT-related service activities
• Maintain the customer database (as a user)
• Ensure and monitor compliance with contractual service agreements
• Prepare documentation, reports, and statistics using MS Word and MS Excel
• Manage media inventory, including administration and tracking of storage media (e.g. hard drives)
• Coordinate spare parts logistics

Your Profile

We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented professional with the following qualifications:

• A structured, process-driven, and independent approach to work
• Desirable knowledge of operational workflows within data center environments
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, cross-functional teams, and external service providers
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken (B2)
• German Language skills on level A1/A2 preferable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook and Excel
• A strong customer and service orientation
• Experience with IT ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow is a plus
