Revenue Operations Manager

About The Role

This is the first dedicated Revenue Operations hire at a fast-scaling B2B SaaS company in the industrial AI space, sitting at the center of a growing revenue function. You'll partner directly with senior revenue leadership to design, build, and operate the systems that power growth — from outbound pipeline through to customer expansion. It's a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who thrives building from zero.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Revenue Operations Lead and Managing Director of Revenue to build and scale end-to-end revenue systems.
• Lead strategic projects that reshape the sales motion and support enterprise and international expansion.
• Own and maintain the operational backbone spanning business development, AE pipeline, customer onboarding, and expansion.
• Build reporting and analytics that surface patterns and translate data into strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, account executives, customer experience, and expansion teams to remove operational friction.
• Design and implement AI tooling, enablement frameworks, and onboarding solutions that multiply team output.
• Contribute to compensation and equity structure design as the revenue function scales.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations or an equivalent role with hands-on ownership of revenue processes and systems.
• Demonstrated experience across the full revenue cycle: outbound/business development, AE pipeline management, customer onboarding, and expansion.
• Fluency in both German and English — essential for the role and the environment.
• Strong systems thinker who designs structures and operationalises them end-to-end without waiting for permission.
• Track record of delivering measurable revenue improvements in high-growth or VC-backed startup environments, ideally building from scratch.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior revenue leadership to define and execute strategy.
• Experience enabling or implementing AI tooling and automation within revenue operations.
• Entrepreneurial orientation — prior founder experience or a clear aspiration to build is a strong plus.
• Background from high-calibre consulting, enterprise software, or startup environments is well-regarded.

Location

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany — 4+ days per week in office required. No visa sponsorship available.
