  • Lead UAT, test strategy, test plans, test cases, and test execution.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, E2E, data validation, and UAT testing.
  • Develop and maintain manual and automated test scripts.
  • Manage defects, testing metrics, risks, and release readiness.
  • Analyze requirements and create user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, developers, vendors, and project managers.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years QA/UAT/Business Analysis experience.
  • 3+ years test automation experience.
  • Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, Power Automate, or UFT.
  • Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • Strong requirements analysis and test strategy experience.
  • Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric.
  • Data validation/reconciliation experience.

Preferred: Agile/Scrum, Georgia Gateway, ETL/Data Warehousing, .NET, Angular, and relational databases.
