Performance Marketing Manager

Join Newsphone SA, a company with established digital brands and platforms across local search, digital marketing, real estate, and passenger shipping, including Vrisko.gr, Vrisko Digital, Landea.gr and Levante Ferries.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and take ownership of the digital marketing activities for selected projects. The role combines strategy, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on growth, performance, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the digital marketing strategy and execution for assigned projects.
• Plan and manage campaigns across paid media, social media, email marketing and other relevant digital channels.
• Work closely with Marketing, Content, Design, Sales and Development teams, as well as external partners, to deliver against project objectives.
• Manage Social Media presence and content planning in collaboration with internal teams.
• Use data and performance insights to identify opportunities and optimize results.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Performance / Digital Marketing, ideally with ownership of digital projects or campaigns.
• Strong hands-on experience across paid media, social media and email marketing, including platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Relevant university degree and excellent command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in major digital advertising or analytics platforms.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM or lead generation.
• Experience working across multiple brands or digital properties.
